Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using 4TS. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use 4TS.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4TS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 4TS mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You must create an account to use 4TS. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts, or creating an account on behalf of another person without their express consent, is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at support@4ts.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Your profile must represent you accurately. You may not impersonate any person, use another person's photos, misrepresent your age or identity, or create a fictional persona. Profiles found to be fake or fraudulent will be permanently removed.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you post on 4TS ("User Content"), including photos, messages, and profile information. By posting User Content, you grant 4TS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. All User Content must comply with our Community Guidelines and these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, without prior notice.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property that is part of the 4TS Service — excluding User Content — belongs to 4TS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our property without our express written permission. The 4TS name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of 4TS.
4TS offers both free and premium ("4TS+") tiers. Free users have access to core features. Premium subscribers unlock additional features as described within the app.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at prices displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Apple App Store or Google Play) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain premium access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. To request a refund, follow the process through the relevant app store. We cannot process refunds directly for purchases made through app stores.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee that you will find a match, romantic partner, or any specific outcome through using 4TS. Dating involves inherent risks, and we strongly encourage you to exercise personal safety precautions when meeting people you've connected with online.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4TS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4TS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
You may delete your account at any time through the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscription through the app store (you must also cancel directly in your app store to stop future charges).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or us. Accounts involved in fraud, serious safety violations, or criminal activity may be terminated immediately and reported to law enforcement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@4ts.app and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, you and 4TS agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except as stated below. The arbitration will take place in California, USA, unless otherwise agreed. Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You and 4TS agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or to address safety concerns.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you and 4TS consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by in-app notification or email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
